how to enter in good university.I want details because i am in rural area

To enter in a good university the minimum qualification required is 12th class after that according to your 12th class stream you can take admission in the course. and if you a graduate candidate and want to get admission in higher education then first you have to qualify the entrance exam after that you will get rank and on the basis of your rank you will get good university. Here this is not matters that from which place are you.

you have not given details about in which type of course and in which university you want to enter. still i am giving some general information.

to enter into one university first of all you have to fulfill eligibility criterion like age criterion, residence criterion and obviously the minimum marks criterion and minimum qualification criterion. if you fulfill these eligibility criterion then only you will be able to apply for one university.

in few university they conduct entrance examination to take admission there. for these type of universities you have to appear in their entrance examination according to your branch of study. if you are able to clear this entrance examination then only you will get chance to take admission there.

for some universities there is no entrance examination. they take admission of the students directly according to last attempted board examination. so in this types of universities previous examination marks are very much important to take admission.

in some university there are some management seat also.if some political leader or any other powerful person refers then you may get chance to take admission in the management seat.

First of all you should secure a good percentage of marks and if the eligibillity critaria matched then you can fillup your admission form,and afterthat it would be selected by the univercity authority by the merit...

There are some management seat also in many univercity,if any political leader anypowerful person refers then you may get chance to take admission in the management seat by their backing.

see friend the idea of entering a good univ. is not very clear since u have not mention urr subject background. but still as usual to get elected for a good univ. ur percentage marks should also be high since good univ. also means higher cut-offs moreover different univ. are considered good for different streams. the rankings of different univ. are also given in education and career related magazines like outlook,csr,efy etc. u can also see from their list of good univ. in india.

dear friend,
for getting admission in topmost universities, you will have to give the entrance exam conducted by that university.
for those students who lives outside the state in which the university is present, only 15% of the total seats are available for taking admission.
in some universities like delhi university, admission in given on the basis of marks obtained by the student in 12th class. they do not conduct any entrance exam.
so you must check the procedure of the university in which you want to take admission.

To enter in any university first you have to full fill the eligibility criteria of that universtiy.if you full fill eligibility criteria of that that college then you can apply for entrance exam of that college.For admission eligibility criteria must be full fill.

To enter in good University you have to score good marks in the entrance exam of that university.without scoring good marks you can't enter into that university.

You have to choose best University for you and you have to do preparation for that university.you have to do preparation according to the standard of the university.

Some universities provide direct admission.they provide admission according to cut of marks of student.it is very important that you should have good marks.

To enter into a good university is not a problem for the rural areas student but to mould themselves according to the latest lifestyles parameters is a difficult task for them.So there are a lot of factors which one should kept in mind while entering into a good university.These are as under-
1. If you want to take admission as a regular student then every college & every subject has its own cut off percentage for the admission so better to check it via internet & try to get the same in your 12th class for the course in which you want to get admission.

2. But if you want to study as a correspondence student then many good universities provide the admission facility to all those students who have a very less percentage too.so 50% is enough for a good course.

3. Many reserve categories like sc/st/obc are also provided in the extent of percentage & no: of seats reserved for the candidates.

4. You can also opt the sports quota & management seats if eligible for that.
