when you going for Interview you should care following things-
1)Speaking in a clear and controlled voice conveys confidence.

2)Ensure that your voice tone is not apologetic or defensive.

3) you need to instigate direct eye contact and maintain.


here are some Interview Questions which asked you in many exam.
like;

What experience do you have in the industry?
Have you had any other kind of training that would make you suitable for this position?
What makes you different from the other candidates?
What skills do you think are most critical for this job? And how do your skills relate to this?

and many times Interviewer ask you some personal question about yourself and your family.

For aptitude and personal interview its something which is in born. But yes you can make your aptitude skill good with some practice and course.

Tips for Aptitude:
Its syllabus is same as that for CAT exam. Although the aptitudes asked in placement papers are much easier than that of CAT but if your will prepare for the level of CAT you will not have any problem in placement tests. You can take a good coaching for it. If your college is conducting any placement preparation program do attend it as these consultancies are very helpful in preparation.
Also you should practice from some books like R.S.Agrawal quantitative aptitude and R.S. agrrawal verbal reasoning. You have to brush up your english grammer too for questions related to sentence correction and comprehensions. If you will read english news paper daily you will get good help.
You can prepare the placement papers available on net too.

Tips for personal interview:

1. Make your positive and negative points and then don't bring your negatives during interviews for example if you are not aware of something don't take its name during interview.
2. Make a good introduction of yourself including your academic performance, personal introduction, hobbies etc and don't include any irrelevant stuffs.
3. Be original and don't show what you are not.
4. Be polite and don't be overconfident with the interviewer.
5. You should know what is written in your resume. Don't write any false information.

To clear aptitude exams you need continuous practice. Its not a job which can be learned over-night. So you need regular practice which will give you better result to clear aptitude exams. For practicing you can buy the R.S.Aggarwal's "Quantitative Aptitude" book and start practicing it. It is very helpful to clear many entrance exams.

And personal interview is of two types, one is HR and another round is Technical. As you have not given much information about your field of study I can not clarify your doubt properly but in technical round you need to be more focused on your academic study. And in HR round they will check your ability to handle stress, common sense, behavior etc etc.
