First of all you must know that you are not confident enough to face anyone who is asking questions to you and you won't be able to answer him properly if you are not confident enough. You have to throw out that fear and hesitation.

For this purpose you can take help from some personality development course. There are many instructors who provide these personality development courses like Anurag Aggrawal and Shiv Kheda are some of them.

These personality development courses will help you to overcome your hesitation and fear of speaking in front of others. They provide some special courses for interview facing and group discussion. Many people take help of these courses to clear the interviews in IAS exams also.

These instructors also held some seminars on personality development also which you can attend and get some inspiration.

There is nothing to fear about. Be confident and tell the truth and you can select easily. Be calm during the interview session and prepare the basics of your subject.

Donot worry first work on your weaknesses you will be succeed in interview and get good job.firstly increase your confidence level think you can do it,try to remember your achievements which you get in previous level like get good marks in that subject or get price in some competition ,this increase your confidence level, improve your communication skill for facing interview ,download interview question and read it and you can write the answer of these question according to your views, practice interview in front of mirror or tell your friend to take your interview. For GD you can srch hot Gd topics and than discuss with your friend or you can practice itself.
If you want than you can join some classes but for my point of view classes can do nothing if you do not try to overcome your weakness so try these steps and do hardwork you get the success. It can happened that your first interviews is not going well but do not decrease your confidence level try to learn from failure.

You should know the simple fact that no one in the world is perfect. Every person will have some strength and some weakness.

You should do an internal evaluation and assess your areas of strength and weakness. Once you do this, stress your areas of strength in the personality discussions. People talking through their hat in group discussions can easily be floored if you find that they are talking rubbish. To do this, you should develop self confidence. Sometimes, people from poor background are very reserved in coming out with their ideas. This habit can only be tackled by practice. Your interviewers would also know this psychology and they will try to encourage you to come out of your fear. After all, they want performing candidates.

So, throw your fear complex through the window and develop the complex "I Know, I can".

You will surely win. All the best.

HI friend
To flow below ones

1. Golden Rule: Speak
1) Loudly
2) Clearly
3) Slowly
2. You need to make sure that you arrive and are ready to take the phone call about 15 minutes
before the scheduled interview time. Please make sure the phone is not busy (or engaged) about
10 minutes before the scheduled interview time.
3. Have a pen and paper ready to take notes during the interview with your resume and verify the
resume experience.
4. Be calm and composed before and during the interview.
5. Be enthusiastic during the interview. Smile. They can definitely hear it in your voice. Discuss
hot buttons for client.
6. Provide direct and complete answers to all questions that are asked of you. Always research
the client’s website before the interview to get an idea of the client’s business.
7. If this is an international call, there may be delay across the phone line. Wait for the
interviewer to finish talking and then respond to the question.
8. The interviewer begins the conversation with “How are you doing?” You need to respond back
with “Fine. How about you?”
9. You need to end the interview with. “Thanks for your time. It was nice talking to you and I look
forward to being a part of your project”.
10. Always call the interviewers by their first name only. For example, if the interviewer’s name
is John Smith, make sure you call him John. Do not call him Mr. John or Sir. Make sure that you
write down the names of the interviewers so that you remember to address them by their name
during the interview.
11. Find out from the sales representative and recruiter about the requirements of the project for
which you are being interviewed prior to the interview. Tailor your answers to best suit the details
of the project for which you are being interviewed. For example, if the project is an accounting
system, make sure that you highlight any experience that you have with any accounting systems
that you have worked in the past. Also, for example, if the project requires Sybase as the backend
database, make sure that you highlight your Sybase experience, if any.
12. Anticipate what the interviewer is looking for and provide intelligent answers to satisfy the
interviewer’s questions. If you have not worked on a particular software or version, do not answer
saying “No”. Say that you have worked on a similar product or that you are a quick learner and
some of the other things you would bring to the table.
13. Never use the words “involved in”. This implies that someone else did the work and that you
were assisting them. Either say “I was responsible for”, if you were in charge of the work, or “I
carried out” if you were part of the team carrying out the work.
2
14. Never use the words “we”. Always say “I”. This clearly indicates that you did the work.
15. If the line is bad or you can’t hear, never keep saying “Hello”. Simply say “I’m sorry, the line
is bad, I cannot hear you. Would you please repeat the question?” Or simply “Would you please
repeat your question?”
16. If you do not work for X but for the subcontractor, make sure that you never mention that you
work for the subcontractor instead of X. Always indicate that you work for X directly, unless
instructed otherwise by the recruiter/ sales representative. Never discuss rates or salary with the
client.
17. Make sure that you check with the recruiter/sales representative as to what the interviewer’s
expectations are and make sure that you provide a suitable start date.
18. Highlight any special training or certifications you have.
19. Never discuss personal issues with the client

Thumbs up Re: How to face the interview? How can I control my fear?

You can beat your fear by following ways :-

1. Rehearse with mock interviews. Check with your school’s career planning center to see if they offer a program to help you improve your interview skills.
2. Doublecheck the time and location of the interview. If it’s in an area that’s new to you, consult a map or take a test-run the day before to make sure you know how to get there.
3. Prepare what you want to say in the interview. Think about your greatest strengths and weaknesses, your most significant work or school experiences, your future plans and your ideal job.
4. Review your resume and think about how your experiences can be matched up with the job’s requirements.

Here are five questions great candidates ask:

ques:- What do you expect me to accomplish in the first 60 to 90 days?

Great candidates want to hit the ground running. They don't want to spend weeks or months "getting to know the organization."

They want to make a difference--right away.

ques:- What are the common attributes of your top performers?

Great candidates also want to be great long-term employees. Every organization is different, and so are the key qualities of top performers in those organizations.

Maybe your top performers work longer hours. Maybe creativity is more important than methodology. Maybe constantly landing new customers in new markets is more important than building long-term customer relationships. Maybe it's a willingness to spend the same amount of time educating an entry-level customer as helping an enthusiast who wants high-end equipment.

Great candidates want to know, because 1) they want to know if they fit, and 2) if they do fit, they want to be a top performer.

ques:- What are a few things that really drive results for the company?

Employees are investments, and every employee should generate a positive return on his or her salary. (Otherwise why are they on the payroll?)

In every job some activities make a bigger difference than others. You need your HR folks to fill job openings... but what you really want is for HR to find the right candidates because that results in higher retention rates, lower training costs, and better overall productivity.

You need your service techs to perform effective repairs... but what you really want is for those techs to identify ways to solve problems and provide other benefits--in short, to generate additional sales.

Great candidates want to know what truly makes a difference. They know helping the company succeed means they succeed as well.

ques:-What do employees do in their spare time?

Happy employees 1) like what they do and 2) like the people they work with.

Granted this is a tough question to answer. Unless the company is really small, all any interviewer can do is speak in generalities.

What's important is that the candidate wants to make sure they have a reasonable chance of fitting in--because great job candidates usually have options.

ques:-How do you plan to deal with...?

Every business faces a major challenge: technological changes, competitors entering the market, shifting economic trends... there's rarely a Warren Buffett moat protecting a small business.

So while a candidate may see your company as a stepping-stone, they still hope for growth and advancement... and if they do eventually leave, they want it to be on their terms and not because you were forced out of business.

Say I'm interviewing for a position at your bike shop. Another shop is opening less than a mile away: How do you plan to deal with the new competitor? Or you run a poultry farm (a huge industry in my area): What will you do to deal with rising feed costs?

A great candidate doesn't just want to know what you think; they want to know what you plan to do--and how they will fit into those plans.good luck

Hello.....
To face the interview first be strong enought to speak and leave all the worries and tensions so tht u will suceed in ur interview
1.Answer questions by speaking in terms of the position. Emphasise what you can do for the company. Mention specific accomplishments that show your abilities and determination to succeed in this job. Your answers describe the position and duties to you early in the interview. This will allow you to apply your background, skills and achievements to the position. should tell the employer why you would be an asset to the company and not why you need a job
2.Be prepared to answer questions such as:

* Tell me about yourself.
* Tell me about your background and accomplishments.
* What are your strengths? Weaknesses?
* How would you describe your most recent job performance?
* What interests you about our company?
