Technical interview is conducted to evaluate the subject knowledge of the candidate. Candidates are supposed to have thorough knowledge about their core subject. Most of the questions will be based on the industry. HR interview is conducted to measure the interpersonal skill as well as behavioral approach of the candidates. You have to be very confident and honest to your words. Questions will be asked from resume too.
