Through D.EDU. I need admission especially from IGNOU but there is no option to get admission. I live in dhanbad but the facility of this is not available here.plz say me......

Indira Gandhi National Open University carries out the admission process for PhD twice every year- once in the month of January and in the month of July. Just like UGC and CSIR, an entrance exam is conducted by IGNOU which can be given by the interested candidates. If you have a M.Phil degree then you cannot give this exam.

-Minimum Duration of the course: 2 Years
-Maximum Duration of the course: 5 Years
-Course Fee: Rs. 17,000

Eligibility Criteria:-

• For this degree you need to have a Master's Degree from any recognized university in those discipline which has been notified by IGONU.
• You need to have at least 55% of marks at post grad level. That is the minimum qualifying marks required.
• Reserved candidates needs to have 50% of marks.
• To do this degree it is important to pass in the entrance exam which the IGNOU is going to conduct.
