the main thing is that u should daily read english newspapers keeping a dictionary with you. and watch different news on tv channel in english language.
you should make a group of your friends and should start talking in english with each other. otherwise you can stand before the mirror and then speak english.

It is possible to speak or write perfect English in Bank Exam. If you want the perfect English then you have to read book or newspaper and get meaning of the whole area. Or you can listen the English movie what they are speaking.

this is the common problem faced by almost 90% students .but improving English is not so simple but it is not impossible.
to improve your English you should follow the following instruction ;
(1)read English newspapers daily
(2)try to improve your vocabulary by reading the book "WORD POWER MADE EASY" of Norman Lewis.

(3)watch English movies and English news regularly

apart from this solve previous year papers and take part in online test series.

Dear pal, some people recommend you to go for spoken english class. But there is no need for it at all as english is only a language not a subject to go for a class to learn it .you can develop your english language by adopting the following ways
read english newspaper and magazines,
watch english movies and listen them carefully,
practice the habit of speaking in english when ever possible
participate in events like seminar and presentations
