Dear,

DRDO provide opportunities to B.tech students for training in various field. You can apply in it for your summer training after your 2nd year or when you university ask for summer training. DRDO has several labs and facilities that makes your training quite worthy and you can learn many things here.

If you want to work as a trainee to assist in any of DRDO projects you need to wait for a while as DRDO offer projects assisstAnce to final year engineering students and students who have qualified GATE with good percentile. If you are from 'A ' grade college your chances are high or you have to get really good percentile in GATE.

DRDO announces for it whenever it starts any project. You have to keEp check on employment news for the same.

Till now DRDO or ISRO has not published any advertisement for job recruitment, but as you have done BTech in ECE,

you have job opportunities in several other PSU companies as well. Some of these companies are as given below:
- BSNL
- NTPC
- BHEL
- BEL
- SAIL
- Power Grid
- BPCL
- HPCL

Some of these companies like IOCL, GAIL has published that they will be recruiting on the basis of GATE score.

So you need to fill the GATE form at the earliest and exam will be held in February.
After filling up the GATE form , you’ll get a registration number and you need to give this number whenever

you are filling any PSU form.

Keep checking the official site of DRDO or ISRO for any latest openings, or you can also keep checking the site

DRDO means Defense Research and Development Organisation

My dear you can do project in final year of B.tech....

This is very tough for a student from engineering to do the major project from DRDO

if you have any known person in DRDO then there is some chance for getting short duration training.

For the training in DRDO you have to send there NOC(no objection certificate) which you get from the college and a request application in the favour of DRDO.
After some day you will get the acknowledgment or approval letter from DRDO.
