Sure...you can apply Indian Air force After passing 12th Standard.

-To join Air force, you will have to appear in NDA Entrance Test conducted by UPSC-Union Public Service Commission.

-NDA exam held twice in a year namely as NDA I & NDA II. So that you can apply two time in a year.

-One thing to be remember that NDA is for unmarried male candidate only. Girls are not allowed for this Exam.



You have to fuilfill following criteria for Indian Air Force-NDA exam:

• You should Have passed 12th with PCM subjects from recognized Board or school.
  
  
• You can apply for this Exam at any percentage. There is no percentage bar.
  
  
• 12th appearing candidates also eligible to apply for this Exam.
  
  
• You Age must be in between 16.5 to 19 years.
  
  
• You must be an Indian Citizen.

Pattern of NDA entrance Test:


There will be written Examination for total of 900 marks in two Subjects

1. Mathematics - Maximum marks is 300 and the duration of the test is 2.5 Hrs.
2. General Ability Test - Maximum marks is 600 and the duration of the test is 2.5 Hrs.

The papers in both the subjects will consist of objective type questions only.

Hello Mr.,
If you wants to join Indian Air Force then there are two ways i think so,
the first one is to apply for NDA (National Defence Accademy) in this you have to appear for a exam which consist of two paper first Maths and second General. Than after clearing it they call you for SSB interview, which consist of four stage (screening test/PABT, GTO1, GTO2, conference).
After clearing all these stages you are a Air Officer, they give you training and your study is B.Sc. If you choose defence services after 12th and you are a student of science background than you can apply for Navy tech and Army tech ssb interview, they teach you B.tech and after finishing your B.tech through them you become a 'A' grade officer of that force.
But if you are a normal student than you can apply for 'X' trade air men in air force or 'Y' trade deck cadet in navy.
That's all i know about civil services after 12th.

Yes, After 12th standard you are applicable for Indian Air Force through NDA exam.

NDA is stand for National Defence Academy.NDA exam exam is conducted by UPSC in twice time in a year.

>>Academic qualification :You must passed your 12th standard examination.Your 12th subject must be Maths and Physics.Arts and commerce stream are also applicable for NDA exam in Indian Army department.

How can I join IAF? I am 12th passed with PCM having 49% marks and age 23 years.

After passing the 12th you can join Indian Air force..
For this you have to qualify the N.D.A exam

N.D.A. Exam is conducted by U.P.S.C twice.

Eligibility criteria for N.D.A exam:-
> Pass 12th with any stream from recognized board.
> Age limit should be above 16.5year and below 19 year.
> Must be citizen of India
> Medically fit (no major surgery)

There are three stages of selection:-
> Written Exam
