Respected sir...I am studing in second year B.com,i want to join Indian army.After complete my B.com what are the procedured i need to fallow....?

Hai,

Yeah you are eligible but not now after completion of your graduation, So first complete your graduation and then apply for Indian Army through CDS examination. This exam conducted by the UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) twice in a year.

CDS-I,

CDS-II.

Eligibility Details:

If a candidate completes a graduation or any equivalent degree from a recognised university.

There is no restrictions on percentege criteria, so you can apply at any percentage.

You must be an Indian origin.

You should be physically fit.

Male and Female both are eligible for the CDS examination.

Age criteria:

The age limits for Indian Naval academy are 19 to 22 years,

The age limits for Indian Military academy are 19 to 24 years,

The age limits for Indian Airforce academy are 19 to 23 years,

The age limits for Officer Training Academy are 19 to 25 years.

Indian Military Academy (IMA)

Candidates desirous to appear for Indian Military Academy must have completed 19 years of age. Candidates of more than 24 years of age are not eligible.
In terms of education, candidates having a degree from a recognized university or equivalent are eligible to apply.

Naval Academy

Aspirants wishing to join Naval Academy must possess a Bachelor of Science (B Sc) degree with Physics & Mathematics or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering i.e. Bachelor of Engineering (BE).
Candidates must have completed 19 years of age at the time of applying for the academy. Candidates above 22 years are not eligible for the Naval Academy.

Air Force Academy

Candidates must have reached the age of 19 years and must not have crossed 23 years of age.
The job seeker must have either Bachelor of Science (B Sc) degree with Physics & Mathematics or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering i.e. Bachelor of Engineering (BE).

Officers' Training Academy (OTA)

Candidates must acquire a degree from a recognized university or equivalent.
The age bar for the candidates lies between 19 years to 25 years.

To Join the Indian Army after completing B.com 2nd year you are not eligible. Completing of the B.com you can eligible.

To join the Indian Army first you can crack the CDS exam.

Since you are currently in the second year therefore i would request you first to complete your graduation first and then sit for the CDSE or Common Defense Service Examination which is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission for those candidates who wants to enter any one of the following academy:-

i) Indian Military Academy, Dehradun
ii) Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala
iii) Air Force Academy, Hyderabad
iv) Officers Training Academy, Chennai

You have the option to either apply for the permanent commission course at Indian Military Academy, Indian Military Academy or Air Force Academy or you can apply for the short service commission course in OTA. If you are a male candidate and applying for both then OTA will become your last preference. OTA is open for girls too and therefore it should be marked as their one and only preference.

Eligibility Criteria:-

Educational Qualification:-

• You need to be a citizen of India.
  
• For Indian Military Academy and Officer's Training Academy you need to possess a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
  
• For the Naval Academy you need to possess a B.Tech degree or a degree in engineering from a recognized institution. The duration of the course should not be less than four years.
  
• For the Air Force Academy you need to possess a bachelor's degree from a recognized university and at 10+2 level you should have had physics and mathematics or you can also have a bachelor's degree in engineering.

Age Criteria:-

• For IMA age should be between 19 and 24 years.
  
• For OTA age should be between 19 and 25 years.
  
• For AFA age should be between 19 and 23 years.
  
• For NA age should be between 19 and 22 years.

The selection procedure consists of the following stages:-

1. Written Examination
2. Personal Interview
3. Medical Test by SSB

Written examination consists of mainly objective questions and for each subject two hours will be allotted. A maximum of 100 marks will be allotted for each subject. There is a slight difference in exam pattern of OTA from IMA, AFA and NA. While there is General Knowledge, English and Elementary Mathematics as subjects for the last three but for OTA there is only English and General Knowledge only.

Dear Friend,

sorry , now you are not eligible for INDIAN ARMY......

BUT

After complete you B.com degree you can apply for INDIAN ARMY.

To join the Indian Army you can apply CDS exam.....

CDS stands for Combined Defence Service

A candidate should have completed their graduation from Recognized Universities are eligible for Combined Defence Service exam.....

There are no any percentage required.....

Age Limit :-

Air Force Academy : 19-23 Years....

Naval Academy : 19-22 Years...

Indian Military Academy : 19-24 Years...

Sorry to say that you cannot join Indian Army at present time.

To join Indian Army, you will have to appear for CDS(Combined Defence Services) examination after completion of graduation.

CDS examination is conducted by UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) twice every year as CDS-I and CDS-II.

CDS examination is conducted for these wings mentioned as below:-

* Indian Naval Academy(INA).

* Indian Air Force Academy(IAA/IAFA).

* Indian Military/Army Academy.

* Officer's Training Academy.

The selection procedure for CDS examination is mentioned as below:-

* Written examination.

* SSB interview.

* Medical examination.

The eligibility criteria required for the CDS examination are prescribed as below:-

* Completion of graduation in any discipline from any accredited college or university.

CDS examination pattern:-

Indian Army can be joined after 12th through NDA and after Graduation through CDS.

NDA - National Defence Academy, the entrance exam for which is conducted by UPSC twice every year to join Indian Army, Navy and Air Force wing of NDA.

The eligible candidate must be an unmarried Indian Male having completed 12th in any stream from a recognised Board within the age of 16.5 to 19 years.

CDS - Combined Defence Service, the entrance exam for which is conducted by UPSC twice every year by UPSC to join Indian Military Academy, naval Academy, Air Force Academy and Officer's Training Academy.

The eligible candidate must be an unmarried Indian Male having completed Graduation Degree within the age of 19 to 24 years with good Physical Fitness, can join Indian Army of CDS.

Hence it is not possible to join Indian Army while pursing 2nd year B.Com., so you have to complete B.Com. to join Indian Army through CDS.

And you can also join Indian Army through NDA with above mentioned eligibility criteria for NDA.

You are pursing 2nd year B.Com., after completion of B.Com. you can join Indian Army through CDS.

CDS - Combined Defence Service, the entrance exam for which is conducted by UPSC twice every year as CDS-I and CDS-II for an entry in to Indian Military Academy, Naval Academy, Air Force Academy and Officer's Training Academy.

The eligible candidate aspiring for Indian Army(IMA) of CDS, must be an unmarried Indian Male having either appear for the final Graduation Degree exam or pass in any stream from a recognised University within the age of 19 to 24 years with good Physical and Mental health.

CDS can be applied through on line by paying requisite fees for the exam.

The selection is through written exam followed by Personal Interview along with Physical Fitness test and Medical Test.

You can apply to Indian Army after passing your B.COM.

You can apply for the CDS Exams
This exam is conducted by UPSC two times in a year

You can apply for the Indian Military Academy (IMA) and Officers Training Academy (OTA) in the CDS exams

Yes, you are eligible for NDA to join Indian Army with your 12th standard education.But you need to complete the Graduation and after you are eligible to Indian Army with CDS exam.

If you are go with 12th standard to join Indian Army through the NDA exam but if your age is more than 19 years then you are not eligible for this NDA exam

Suggest:So go with CDS exam.And first complete your graduation.

The Qualifications Required for CDS Exam are :

* the Candidate must be an Indian Citizen.

* You must have completed graduation in any stream from any recognized college/university.

* You must have passed graduation with maths as one of the subjects.

* Your age should lie in between 18-24 years.

* No Relaxation in upper age is given to candidates.

* Both male and female candidates are eligible for the CDS Exam.
