you have not mentioned you are from which university, different universities follow different study pattern. usually there are 4-5 subjects in final year of bcom(hons). you will find these subjects common in all universities's bcom syllabus
1.financial accounting
2.auditing
3.indian financial systems and indian indian markets
4.financial management
apart from these universities follow project work and have environmental studies as a compulsury subject.
