IES stands for Indian Economics Service.This is conducted by Union Public Service Commission.

If you have completed Post graduate degree in Economics/Applied Economics/Business Economics/Econometrics course from a recognized University then you are eligible for Indian Economics Service exam. Doesn't required any kind percentage marks in PG course.

Final year candidates can apply here.

Your age should be in between 21 to 30 years. Age relaxation is provided for reserved category only.

My percentage is less then 50 percentage in postgraduate in economics does it effect on my exams
