How is the physical test carried out in NDA?
how the physical test will be carried out in N D A...please give me the procedure regarding it

First of all,physical standards such as height,weight ,eye sight will be checked.Then there will be physical test that carries 100 marks.The test and marking scheme is as follows-
1 mile run 6.06 Mins to 6.20 - 24 marks 5.51 Mins to 6 .05 - 36 marks 5.41 Mins to 5.5 - 48 marks 5.40 Mins and below - 60 marks Pull ups 6 - 16 marks 7 - 21 marks 8 - 27 marks 9 - 33 marks 10 & above - 40 marks Balance 9 feet ditch. |
