There is a vast syllabus of upsc cse for that you have build your base so you have to read ncert books of class 6th to 12th of every subject which are mentioned in syllabus and then you have to move on advanced books like m. Laksmikant for polity and all if you want to know more you can get refference by previous year toppers.
