How to take readmission in class XI and what can be done if school denies re-admitting in same class?

I am a students of CBSE board. I passed class X last year and took admission in class XI, due to bad results I had not been promoted for class XII. And, my school denies to repeat class XI in the same school. How to take a readmission in other school? Please advice what to do?
