Yes, you can join Indian Army after completing your engineering degree and you can join Indian Army after age 23.

Age Limit For engineering degree holder in Indian Army - 21 to 30 years for general candidates, 21 to 35 years for OBC candidates and 21 to 40 years for SC / ST candidates.

The age limit for indian army is 16.5 to 19yr.So you can not join indian army.

Surely you can join indian army at the age of 23. The permanent commission provides opportunities for men graduate degree to join army as officers through graduate direct entry scheme.

The UPSC holds an all-India competitive examination, known as the Combined Defence Services Examination (CDSE), twice a year for University graduates or equivalent.

Age limit:
Candidate should be in the age of 19-24.

The course commences each year in the month of January and July. Interested candidates can apply in response to advertisement in March /April & Oct. Nov.

1. CDS exam conducted by UPSC twice a year
2. Technical Graduate Scheme (TGC)
3. University entry scheme(UES) for last semester students.
You can also join indian army through education cadre after completing post graduation.

Yes you are eligible for joining Indian army after the completing your graduation as engineering and also other.
the age eligibility is 20 to 27 for the joining of Indian army after graduation.
the exams are :
CDS,
Clerks, and more exam which is applicable to you.

You can join army withou any problem in SSC Tech Men (If you Have Engineering) or SSC Non-Tech Men.

You can also enter through University Entry Scheme if you are in Final year of Engineering

Minimum age for joining is NDA is 16. And candidate mustnot attain the age of 19 years.

To join army age limit for post graduate candidates is 20 to 25 years.

As you are completing 23 years age in the month of Sep 11, so I think you are not eligible for army after graduation.

yes u can join indian army because age will be bellow 25 at the first day of rally

you can appear, for the COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICE (CDS)examination, which is conducted by the Union public service commission (UPSC).
The educational requirement for appear in this examination is a graduation degree,.
For Indian naval & air force aspirant, you must have Physics & maths in graduation with at lest 60% aggregate.Otherwise you can only apply for the Indian military academy

Exam pattern-



The age limit for this examination is -
19-22 years for the Indian navy(NA),
19-23 years for the Indian air force(IAF),
19-25 year for the Indian military academy (IMA)

There is not any kind of age limit relaxations is applicable for any reserved category.


You must have Indian nationality.

You must have marital status unmarried.

After 23 years you are eligible to join Indian Army through CDS(Combined Defence Service) exam conducted by UPSC twice every year after Graduation in any stream.

The eligible candidate must be an unmarried Indian Male having either appear for the final Graduation degree exam or pass in any stream from a recognised University within the age of 19 to 24 years with good Physical and Mental Fitness.
