Common Written examination for recruitment of Probationary Officer / Management Trainees in 19 Public Sectors.



Probationary Officer :-

• Start date for Online Registration :- 09.03.12
• Last date for Online Registration :- 30.03.12
• Download Call letters for Written examination :- 04.06.12
• Date of Written examination :- 17.06.12

Eligibility Criteria :-

The candidate must have attained the age of 20 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years and Upper age limits is applicable for SC/ST/OBC and other reserved categories.

Upper age limits :-

• Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes :- 5 years.
• Other Backward Caste :- 3 years.
• Person with Disabilities :- 10 years.
• Ex-Servicemen :- 5 years.

The candidate must have a completed bachelor's degree with any desire subject from a recognized University or equivalent qualification.

I have qualified the IBPS 2011 Clerk examinations with a score of 163/250.
The qualifying score in IBPS is 120, but I have heard that banks set up their own qualifying score when they place ads for vacancies. Only those candidates who satisfy the score mentioned by the banks are eligible for the interview.

IBPS(INSTITUTE OF BANKING PERSONNEL SELECTION ) conducts written for recruiting candidates into 19 public sector banks for the post of p.o/management trainee and clerical cadre

IBPS conducts the CWE for PO's / Management Trainee and Clerk Cadre twice in every year and the aspirants missed in one entrance can attempt the next test which is going to conduct after 6 months.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA-

FOR P.O-
1. The candidate should have completed graduation in any discipline from recognized university with at least 60% marks.

2. The age of the candidates should be between 21-30 year.

FOR CLERK-
1. The candidates should have completed matriculation or intermediate with at least 60% marks or any graduation from recognized university or college.

2. The age of the candidates be between 18-28 year.

note- their will be relaxation available for reserved category candidates as per government rule.
