If You Are Interested To Registered for CS Exams, then Please Registered before March 31st, Only Then You are eligible to write the exams in December. If You Register before September 30th, Then You can write the exams in Next June. So, If You Are Interested To Give exams In December This Year Then Please Registered Before March.

So, If You Have Passed Your 12th Exams, then You Are Eligible to Appear For CS exams And The Application Form and Prospectus can be obtained by Cash Payment of Rs200/- or by Post With DD of Rs250/- drawn in favor of “The Institute of Company Secretaries of India” payable at New Delhi.

for december examination the last date is not given in the website for company secretary examination. for june examination the last date for registration is 31st March.

well you can enrol for company secretary program any time of the year.The exams Taken Biannually in june as well as december.CS course consists of three levels Foundation, Executive and Professional programs.
The last-date for admission to Foundation level is 31st(june examination) March or 30th September( december examination) while the same date for Intermediate course is 28th February or 31st August.(december examination)
you can get the forms straight from the ICSI office. by paying rupees 200( foundation or 300(executive course.)

I have completed my B.com(H) in 2009, and have been working in one of the Big 4 since the last 18 months, as per what I can directly register to Executive level as Foundation is exempt for B.Com Graduates, is this correct ?
