Is learning Java useful when compared to C and C++ in future?

You are right but only partially, first of all C is a very basic programming language and you should learn it because C helps in getting familiar with the other programming languages.
When you complete learning C then you can either learn Java/ C++ or both, but learning Java is helpful in future because many applications are using java as programming language nowadays.
