As you completed B.Tech in CSE with good percentage. Most of the companies requirement is above 70% for placement. So you can apply for it in the following government companies,
where vacancies are there for CSE students.

List of government companies are:

1. Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC).
2. Bharat Electrical Limited (BEL).
3. Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR).
4. Center for Development of Advance Computing (C-DAC).
5. Center for Materials for Electronics Technology (C-MET)
6. Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).
7. Institute of Banking Personal Selection (IBPS).
8. Life Insurance of Corporation of India (LICI).
9. Bharat Heavy Electrical limited (BHEL).
10.Railways & Defense field.
11.Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL).

13 bhabha atomic research centre (BARC)

These companies will conduct written test which you have clear and then they will call you for interview or group discussion. Further requirements for job is available in official websites of the above mentioned companies.
