Above mentioned Universities are approved by UGC. So after completion of M.A course, you can apply for government sector jobs.

The course is of two year and the candidates passed degree from any recognised university in correspondence or in regular are eligible to appear for most of entrance examination to get the job as lecturer but have to qualify in NET entrance examination conducted by UGC.
