I want to become a Bank Manager. So, please help me how can i become? I don't have maths as a subject in 12th. Which course or subject should i have to take for going in banking sector?

Let me make you clear that it is not compulsory that you must have took Mathematics as compulsory subject to become bank manager. After completion of your 12th you can complete your graduation in any discipline from recognised University with at least 50% marks.
After completion of your graduation you can appear for any manager job in Bank.
Such as PO, Assistant Manager etc.

Educational qualification:-

Candidates must have the degree of graduation in any stream or equivalent from a recognised college or university.

Nationality:-

The candidate must be Indian

Age limit :-

The age limit is 21 years to 30 years for general candidates, relaxation of 3 years for OBC candidates and 5 years relaxation for SC / St candidates

The selection is through written exam followed by personal interview.

No, with the 12th educational qualification you are not eligible for recruitment as bank manager.

The minimum required educational qualification is bachelor degree and other than that you require experience in banking jobs for recruitment as bank manager in the bank.

So, right now you must have to pursue bachelor degree to get banking jobs.

It is not possible to get direct recruitment for the post of Bank Manager. Recruitment for the post of Bank Manager is made through promotions. One can become Manager after having experience and through departmental promotions. One needs to get recruited for Bank services as PO (Probationary Officer) or SO (Specialist Officer) to get promoted for the Bank Manager post.

The eligibility criteria for the post of PO are as under :-

-The candidate should have a graduation degree with minimum 60%(55% for SC/ST/PWD) marks in any discipline from a recognized university.

-The candidate age limit to apply for the exam is from 20 years to 30 years for general category.There is age relaxation for OBC candidate by 3 years and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

The eligibility criteria for Specialist Officer's Post exam are as under:-

-The candidate should posses a specialized degree like B.E. / B.Tech / CA / LLB / MBA(Finance/Marketing/HR) for joining as the Specialist Officer in the respective department.

-The age limit to apply for the SO exam is from 20 years to 35 years.
