Is it worth doing a masters degree in Agricultural Economics immediately after completing a Bachelors Degree in Agricultural Economics or one should go ahead find a job and earn a salary?

If financial back up is not a concern, you should definitely do your post graduation.

It narrows down your field of specialization so that you can concentrate in your field of expertise.
It enhances your career profile and employment opportunities, too.

If earning money is not a necessity with you, you should go for masters you will gain in all respects.... bachelors is almost always not enough, people generally have to go for masters for higher careers.. you get better salary and positions as well as responsibility compare to 2 years of workex after bachelors... and later it becomes difficult to study
so that means you should study.
