Re: MCA eligibility with 10 + 2 without maths and statistics
Hi,
I believe, its very tough or literally not possible to make entry for MCA Course into any good colleges or universities without maths in +2. It is the basic eligibility to seek admission into MCA Course. So do check out. Good Luck. |

Re: MCA eligibility with 10 + 2 without maths and statistics
Dear friend,
I regret that you won't be able to study MCA as most of the universities or institutes require maths in 10(+2). The very important and foremost eligibility criteria to study MCA is to have maths as a main subject in 12th. May be in some open universities, you can get admission as there are special courses on maths in the 1st semester of MCA for the students who did not have maths... So rather look for those colleges.. Good luck! |

Re: MCA eligibility with 10 + 2 without maths and statistics
Yes my friend you are 100% eligible for MCA.
Better is to complete BCA first. Then you can discuss with parents and teachers about Branches in MCA in which line you want to go. Best of luck. |

Re: MCA eligibility with 10 + 2 without maths and statistics
Most of the reputed university do require 10+2 and graduation with one of the subject as mathematics. you are not eligible for those institute enough if you have done BCA. My suggestion to you is to take admission in those colleges into which only BCA and MCA courses are offered not BTech or other course. Because BCA/MCA colleges do not look into technical ability of student by checking maths.

Re: MCA eligibility with 10 + 2 without maths and statistics
It is difficult to get admission without Maths,in MCA
MCA requires candidates to have Maths as one of the subjects in 10+2.You can do PGDCA and get into MCA through lateral entry test. |

Re: MCA eligibility with 10 + 2 without maths and statistics
dear friend,
As you don't have maths in your 12th.. then you are not eligible for MCA.. the criteria is one should have maths in his 12th.. so it is not possible for you to get admission in good colleges for doing MCA.. may be there are some open universities where you can take admission for MCA.. but ultimately it will not help you in future to get a good job.. all the best.. |

Re: MCA eligibility with 10 + 2 without maths and statistics
dear friend
The MCA is the most highlighted courses of today’s generation. So, if you dont have Maths in class 12th, then sorry, you are not eligible for MCA. Because to get admission in MCA, you must have maths in your 12th exams Or if you have CS in 12th, then you can do MCA. But without Maths and CS, no one can eligible for MCA. |

Re: MCA eligibility with 10 + 2 without maths and statistics
hi!!!!
I don't think that you can do mca after bca without having maths in 10+2 level because most of colleges takes only those candidated who have mathematics in 10+2 or graduation level. So better to apply for maths exam through 12th means do again your 12th(private) and just apply only for mathematics, this can help you to do mca but it is hard to clear mathematics but if you really want to do mca than go for it and give all your efforts. with best wishes!!!! |
