Default Re: Minimum percentage criteria for M.Tech

M.Tech stands for Master of Technology. This is a 2 year Post Graduation course being offered by number of Engineering colleges in India.

The minimum academic qualification that is required for the candidates in order to join this course is by completion of Graduation in Engineering.

All the candidates who have completed Engineering course with any of the stream are eligible to join this course.

No minimum percentage of marks are required for the candidates in Graduation.

The admission will be given on the basis of performance in the Entrance Exam.

The respective Entrance Exam that you should crack is GATE Exam.

GATE stands for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering. This Entrance Exam is being conducted once in a year.

If you secure a good rank in this Exam, it is possible that you can get admission for M.Tech course in IITs which are the top institutions offering this course.

In addition to that, many of the public sector companies have started recruiting the candidates only on the basis of GATE score by conducting an Interview.

There is no limit on the number of attempts for GATE Exam.

There is no upper age limit to give this Exam.

In addition to that, the validity of the GATE score is for 2 years.

Collect the previous papers and good study material for this exam and carry out preparation.

Wish you all the best.
