Re: Minimum Qualification to appear for IBPS PO Exam?
Graduation is the only requirement for the IBPS Bank PO Exam. Percentage in graduation does not matter, but you should have a graduation degree. Also it does not matter whether you have completed BA or B.Com, regardless of any degree, you will be eligible for the IBPS Bank PO.
Please take a look at the eligibility criteria below: Eligibility 1. A minimum of graduation degree in any stream. 2. The age limit is 20 to 30 years. 3. There is 3 years relaxation for OBC. 4. And for SC/ST the relaxation is 5 years. This is pretty much what you need to apply for Bank PO Exam. You will have to wait till next year to appear for it. Next IBPS PO exam will take place in June/July. If you have a graduation degree then you can also appear for the IBPS Clerical Exam. Although I will recommend Bank PO. As for now, 19 Public Sector Banks accept the score of Bank PO. You can only apply for job in one of these 19 banks. Here is the list: Allahabad Bank Andhra Bank Bank of Baroda Bank of India Bank of Maharashtra Canara Bank Central Bank of India Corporation Bank Dena Bank Indian Bank Indian Overseas Bank Oriental Bank of Commerce Punjab National Bank Punjab & Sind Bank Syndicate Bank Union Bank of India United Bank of India UCO Bank Vijaya Bank |
