For MS Mechatronics should I go for US universities or German Universities? Which universities are good in this field for research and job opportunities? How good is University of Seigen, FH Aachen and Hamburg?


Hi, I have done B.Tech in Electronics and telecom, passed with 70%. I am working in an electronics company in India . I want to go for MS in mechatronics. Should I go for US universities or German? Which universities are considered good in this feild and also for research and job opportunities, in US or Germany? I have not givet GRE but plan to give it in a few months.

Also how good are University of Seigen, FH Aachen and Hamburg? Please help..

To get a job in germany one should have a fluent german language skills

Hello all,

Mechatronics is indeed a good option for a Masters programme. I need to tell you that both the countries (ie US/Germany) has its own pro's.
1) If it is the US then you are more likely to get a job quicker viz in Germany.
2) But the exposure one gets in Germany esp in Automobile Mechatronics is of a standard quality.

GRE though is not a mandatory in Germany, a good score of about 325-330/340 (new pattern) will surely hold its own value.

hi,I have done my BE ELECTRICAL with first class and working in a construction company.I want to go for MS course abroad.Is MS in mechatronics at seigen is a good option?what about job offers after completing the course and the payscale related to it?pls clarify..........

hi, now I studing b.tech mechanical 3rd year , my percentage is now 55 ,I wanted to do MS of robotics .... I like to study in Germany or USA ..

but some people are saying in Germany there is an free education and also having good training ..

now how much percentage i wanted to gain in b tech for getting admission in Germany ?

Hello, m doing my btech in biotechnology and m in fourth year.I want to do ms from abroad,pls guide me me.for what all exams I should prepare? Also from where should I plan it, should I prepare for us or for German universities? Till now i Have scored 75%....please guide
