yes.it is necessary the admissions will be made purely on merit. The merit

position of the candidate for admission will be based on the score obtained by

the candidate in the bitsat.that why try score more in the examination.you

will easily get the admission the bits.this the eligibility of bitsat.

Eligibility:

The candidates should have passed the 12th class examination of 10+2

system from a recognized central or state board or its equivalent with

physics, chemistry, and Mathematics. further the candidate should have

obtained a minimum of aggregate 80% marks in physics, chemistry and

Mathematics subjects in 12th examination, at least 60% marks in each of

the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects and should have

adequate proficiency in English.

Yes, You have to scored minimum 80% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects in your 12th examination only then you are eligible to appear for BITSAT Examination.

So, if you have scored Minimium 80% marks in your 12th exams, then you are eligible to appear for BITSAT examination.

yeeh u need 2 get atleast 80% aggregate in P,C,M subjects.Also a candidate should score atleast 60% marks in physics,chemistry and maths.
The paper wont be so tough compared to other competitive exams like EAMCET,IIT-JEE,VIT,AIEEE .....and its easy 2 score..U can also get the seat in BITS institutes provided you are a topper in the state board..,

if you are intrested in BITSAT you should secure 80% aggregate marks in 10+2.the candidate from any board can appear in this exam with 60% aggrigate marks in physics,chemistry and maths.
it is all india level exam.

Hello friend,
The minimum educational qualification for BITSAT is
+2 with at least 80% in aggregate in PCM and a minimum of 60% in each individual subjects, i.e. Physics, Chemistry and Maths.
Hence candidate who have scored 80% in aggregate but have scored less than 60% in any of the subjects, i.e. Physics, Chemistry or Maths, is not eligible.

Yes, you need to get atleast 80% aggregate in P,C,M subjects. Also a candidate should score atleast 60% marks in physics,chemistry and maths.

Eligibility Criteria for BITSAT:

The minimum eligibility required to appear in BITSAT is that the candidates need to pass 12th with at least 80% marks in aggregate in PCM subjects.
Also a candidate should have to score a minimum of 60% marks in each of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Only those candidates who have passed 12th in 2010 or are appearing in 2011 are eligible to appear for BITS Admission Test.

I got 1219 rank in amrita engineering entrance test 2012.can I get ECE or CSE branch in coimbathore campus.
