Sorry , your not eligible for CAT Examination, Because you have score low percentage of marks in your graduation.

To apply for CAT Examination then the Applicant have to score Minimum 50% Percentage of marks in Graduation degree Course and relaxation will Applicable for sc/st candidates for 5% Percentage of marks .

So, Even If your belong from sc/st candidate also your not eligible for CAT Examination .

CAT stands for Common Admission Test and this Examination is Organized by Indian Institute of Management for very year . The Applicant who are aspiring to apply for MBA Course then the Applicant may apply for this Examination . There are so many top MBA Institution may accept this CAT Entrance Score Card .

Eligibility Criteria for CAT Examination :-

The Applicant should Complete ( Three Years ) Bachelor degree in any discipline from recognized University .Final year Applicant may also eligible to apply for this Examination .

The Applicant need to score Minimum 50% Percentage of marks relaxation will Applicable for sc/st for 5% Percentage of marks .

The Final year Applicant have to Submit the Proof of Completing the Bachelor degree Course .

So, as per the Eligibility Criteria your not eligible for CAT Examination .

If your aspiring to Apply for MBA Entrance Examination then, I suggest you to Apply for MAT Examination . This MAT Examination does not require Minimum Percentage of marks . So your eligible for MAT Examination . It is also one of the MBA Entrance Examination .

MAT stands for ( Management Aptitude Test ) and this Examination is conducted by All Indian Management Association . There are lot of reputed Management Institution may Accept this Entrance Examination score .

To apply for this MAT Examination , the Applicant should Complete Bachelor degree in any stream from recognized University /Institution . Final year candidate may candidate may also eligible to apply for this Examination .

Note :- There is no Minimum Percentage of marks require for this Examination .

So, If your really Interested in MBA Entrance Examination then you may apply for MAT Examination .

CAT - COMMON ADMISSION TEST is an entrance exam conducted by IIM(Indian Institute of Management) for admission to two years MBA(Master of Business Administration) course.

With securing 40% marks in Graduation, it is not possible to apply for CAT as the minimum marks required for CAT is 50%.

The candidate having completed Graduation Degree in any stream from a recognised University with 50% marks is eligible to apply for CAT.

But with 40% marks you can apply for MAT(Management Aptitude Test) conducted by AIMA(All India Management Association) as there is no requirement of any percentage of marks.

The entrance exam is based on Computer comprising of objective type questions on the subjects like:-

-Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation
-Verbal Ability & Logical Reasoning
