I completed my MCA with 75% of marks,
but I competed my Inter with 48% only,
than, how it is possible to get the IT job in MNCLevel5 ?
....and I have 3+ years experience in MSBI&SQL Server 2005/2008.
please give me ur valuable suggestion to my question.

Your inter score is indeed a low score. But you also have three years of experience. If you are good in the areas of specialisation then the inter low score should not be a problem. You must register yourself in the career page of the companies where you are interested in working. You must have clear an aptitude test to go on to the next level.

Definetly u can get a job if u have 3 yrs exp in Sql server.

I completed my b.tech with 60% of marks
but I completed my inter with 44.% of marks only
then, how it is possible to get the It job in mnc level
