sir, please tell me what is the procedure of cs course after graduation.
And tell me will we have to give the foundation examinaton or not?
And what is the last date for submission the form for the yr 2011.
please reply must immidiate.

If you are graduated than there is no need to clear the foundation level of the

company secretary course.

Admission is open though out the year.examination are held twice a year in june and december.

you can register your self for december EXAMINATION of executive level (IInd stage).

It takes minimum 9 month to clear this level.
