Since you have done your masters from Indira Gandhi National Open University, I would suggest you to pursue the PhD from the same university as it is one of the best universities for pursuing programs through distance mode.
To be eligible for PhD in Hindi, you must hold a M.Phil Degree along with the masters degree you already hold and need to score a minimum of 55% in both the programs.
So, if you haven't yet done M.Phil, you must try and complete the program in order to be eligible to pursue PhD in your subject.

Sir/Madam,

My Qualification is:

Ø B.ED from Jammu University, 2010-11. 57 %

Ø B.A. (Pass) from Delhi University, 2000 42 %

Ø Intermediate from CBSE, New Delhi, 1997 51 %

Ø
Now, I want to know can I appear in CTET Exam with this Qualification.

Because some educational bodies preparing for CTET exam says that you

have B.ED dgree so you are eligible for both exam. now i want to know is that true .can i appear ?

Sir/Madam plz answer my question.
