HI I'M a BCA student so what is procedure to join the indian army after the complition of this course ?

You need to be on lookout for notifications regarding the same. You will need to clear the CDSE entrance exam. Also you will need to be physically fit. Also married candidates are not allowed to apply. You can appear when you are in the final year too.

You want to serve the nation , which is really appreciable,...After 12th, there is the NDA [NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY] for making a way in Indian army.
But after graduation, there is the CDSE [COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICE EXAMINATION], conducted by the union public service commission[UPSC], every years.
Through this examination, one can apply in the combatant branches of the Indian army, for their officers ranks posts.
i.e. In naval ,air force & military branch..

For appear in the CDSE , you must have a graduation degree from a recognized college.
for apply in NAVAL & AIR FORCE WING, you must have Physics & Maths as the passing subjects in the graduation .
You must have scored at least 60% in graduation .
For apply in military branch [IMA], you just need a graduation degree in any stream from a recognized college.

The age limit for this examination is 19-23 years,
The age limit for IMA is 19-25 years.

You must have Indian nationality with marital status unmarried.

You can join in Indian Army by appearing CDS exam.CDS stands for Combined Defense Service exam,this exam is held twice in year and exam is conducted by UPSC.

Eligibility for CDS examination:
Educational Qualifications:
For IMA /OTA : A degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
For Naval Academy: B.Sc. with Physics and/or Mathematics or Bachelor of Engineering.
For Air Force Academy: B.Sc. of a recognized University or equivalent with Physics and/or Mathematics as subjects or Bachelor of Engineering.
Age:
For IMA: Unmarried male candidates between 19-24 years
For Naval Academy: Unmarried male candidates between 19-22 years
For Air Force Academy: Unmarried male candidates between 19-23 years For Officers Training Academy: Male candidates (married or unmarried) between 19-25 years

Important date for CDS-2012 exam:
CDS-I exam:
Issuing of application form from 29th Oct 2011 to 28th Nov 2011.
Exam will held on 12th Feb 2012.
CDS-II exam:
Issuing of application form from 2nd June 2012 to 2nd July 2012.
Exam will held on 16th Sep 2012.

Yes your eligible for Indian Army Academy , You apply for the Examination like,

• CDS :- Combined Defence Service
• NCC Entry Scheme
• UES :- University Entry Scheme

If your aspiring to apply for this examination then you should satisfy the following eligibility criteria like ,

Eligibility criteria for CDS Examination :-

You should be citizen of India .

You should be unmarried male candidate

You should be qualified in bachelor degree in any discipline from recognized university .

You should be physically as well as mentally fit

Your age should be 19 years to 24 years .

Final year candidates are also eligible to apply for this examination .

Eligibility criteria for NCC Entry Scheme :-

You should be citizen of India ,

You should be Unmarried male candidate

Your age should be 19 years to 25 years .

You should be complete bachelor degree from recognized university .

You should score minimum 50% percentage of marks in bachelor degree .

Final year candidates are also eligible to apply for this examination .

You should be citizen of India

Unmarried candidate only eligible for UES Examination .

Your age should be 19 years to 25 years .

Yes, you can join Indian Army after BCA through the following ways:-

CDS
NCC Entry Scheme
UES

CDS-COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICE exam conducted by UPSC twice every year for entry in th Indian Military Academy, Naval Academy, Air Force Academy and Air Force Academy of CDS.

The candidate must be an unmarried Indian National having either appear for the final Graduation Degree exam or pass in any stream from a recognised University with good physical fitness within the age of 19 to 24 years of age, is eligible to apply for IMA of CDS.

NCC Entry Scheme:-

The candidate must be an unmarried Indian National having either appear for the final graduation degree exam or completed graduation in any discipline with at least 50% marks from a recognised University within the age of 19 to 25 years of age. The candidate should posses NCC "C" certificate in order to qualify in this scheme in order to apply for Indian Army.

UES-UNIVERSITY ENTRY SCHEME:-

The candidate must be an unmarried Indian citizen having completed Graduation in any discipline with at least 60% marks from a recognised University within the age of 19 to 25 years is eligible to apply for Indian Army.

The selection for all the above entry are through written exam followed by Personal Interview.

B.C.A is Bachelor Of Computer Application..
If is a graduation course..
So after completing graduation you can join Indian Army...
For this you have to qualify the C.D.S exam..
C.D.S exam is conducted by U.P.S.C twice in a year..

For C.D.S exam age limit is 19-24 Year..
Both male and female candidate are eligible in this exam..

There are three steep of selection:-
> Written Exam
> Interview
> Medical exam

I have completed my BCA this year and i want to join INDIAN ARMY this year only,so i tried to apply through online but all the dates were expired,so now is it possible to apply again and if it is what is the procedure to join?

You can give the CDSE entrance exam now to join the Indian Army.


Eligibility Criteria for CDS :-
1. For Indian Military Academy/Officers' Training Academy: Degree from a recognized university or equivalent

2. For Naval Academy: B.Sc. with Physics & Mathematics or Bachelor of Engineering

3. For Air Force Academy: Degree of a Recognized University with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level or Bachelor of Engineering.
