KCET stands for 'Karnataka Common Entrance Test' and is infact an entrance exam for getting entry into several undergraduate like:-Medical/Dental/Engineering/Architecture universities in karnataka.
This exam is conducted every year and the exam is conducted by KEA(Karnataka Exam Authority). And There is no need to sit in any kannada exam So,You can get admission in Management Quota. RESERVATION OF SEAT FOR KARNATAKA RESIDENT STUDENTS :- **100% seats reserved in Government colleges ( Based on KCET 2011 score ) **95% seats reserved in Aided colleges ( Based on KCET 2011 score ) **50% seats reserved in Private Un-Aided colleges for Non-Minority ( Based on KCET 2011 score ) **45% seats reserved in Private Un-Aided colleges for Minority ( Based on KCET 2011 score ) Eligibility Criteria for KCET:- **Minimum 45% in 10+2 for General category student and 40% for sc/st/obc. friend for appearing in kcet u have to have domicile of karnataka otherwise u can't appear for kcet. through kcet there are admission in both govt. and pvt. professional colleges in karnataka.on the other hand if u are not having domicile u may appear for comedk exam which give admission to pvt. professional colleges in karnataka only.

My parents are from karnataka ,my father worked in Andhra pradesh,I complete my 10th and 12th in Andhra pradesh can I apply for KCET exam? What are the documents I need
