HELLO,as you have described you have finished BAMS & now want to become a lecturer in PSYCOLOGY.read carefully
*you have to take the NET(national eligibility test). *you should have min.50%(reserved),55% (unreserved) aggregate in BAMS. *the exam conducts in the month of june/july. *if you are selected for NET then you are eligible to be a lecturer in govn. as well as private college. *after selection you you have to give training in the specified colleges as suggests by NET- COMMISION. *after training you can apply for the post for the vacant rank of lecturer in college. *and if you want to take the NET exam so you have opt for the private colleges. OK, BEST OF LUCK. |

Dear friend,
Yes of course you can join an institution as a lecturer after doing the BAMS course. If you had a master's degree with it it would be much better for you. So i would like to suggest you to complete your master's course and then think to join the academic field. Good luck! |

There is no branch such as MD psychology. It is rather MD psychiatry (incase of both bams and mbbs students). Most prominent colleges offer MD bhootvigyan/bhootvidya.
