Physiacl fittness is one of most important Prerequisities for joining Indian Airforce.Iresspective of branch you apply you must fulfill some basic physical standards. *You must be good physical health,strong with mental and free from disease and disability. *You height and weight satisfy the standard chart provided by doctor for different age group. *Your chest should be well developed. *There should no disease in body or joint bones.
