Pilot course is a very interesting one to go with even though it is bit costly you can enjoy the pleasure of flying.

anyways, as you are worried about your body we will directly go into the topic.

your doubt doesn't have any harm to your passion . i.e., height and weight for a pilot doesn't matter a lot.

if and only if they are abnormal and uncontrollable
all you need to have to join as a pilot is a good and healthy body without any problems which are life long

According to DGCA the indian licencing authority they have certain rules and regulation

the act is passed in 1932 once have a look at it. so that there will be no more doubts for you too.

once go through this link so that you can be clear with licensing which is the most tougher in indian govt

http://dgca.nic.in/aic/aic05_07.pdf

According to this you will be issued the licence for your desired category.

all the best

Regards
