NDA- National Defence Academy.

NDA stand for the National Defence Academy and NDA entrance examination is conducted twice (NDA-I & NDA-II) in every year by UPSC for selection in the different wing.

Eligibility Criteria for NDA Examination :-
-->Pass 12th class from a recognize board/University. 12th board exam appearing student can also apply for the NDA examination.
-->The age must be between 16 1/2 to 19 years at the time of examination.

-Only unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply for the NDA examination. Female candidates are not eligible.

NDA is the National Defense Academy which is conducted by the UPSC board and the NDA is conducted in the series of selection process such as the

1. Written Test
2. Medical Test
3. Physical Test & Interview

These are the rounds of selection process which are included in the NDA exam and there are certain eligibility criteria also available for the NDA exam such as

• Should have born not earlier then 2nd July 1996 and not later then 1st 1999
• should have completed the 12th in any of the discipline to appear for the Indian Army and for Navy and Air force should have done 12th with Maths and Physics disciplines of study
• Should belong to the citizen of India only

These are some of the eligibility criteria to be followed and candidates who have cleared the written test and who are about to appear for the Medical and Physical test.and every one should satisfy the medical and physical fitness in order to appear for the NDA


Syllabus for the written test

• Mathematics -300 marks
• General Ability Test - 600 marks

• SSB Test | Interview - 900 marks

Hi,

You are eligible to apply for National Defense academy exam after completion of 10th/12th.

Syllabus:
1.Questions from 10th,12th standard.
2.General knowledge questions.

There are four stages in NDA exam. Please find below:
1.Written exam
2.Medical test
3.Physical test
4.Interview

Medical eligibility:
1.The Candidate must have a minimum height of 162.5 cms with a correlated weight and a leg length between 99 and 120 cms.
2.The Candidate must not be Color blind or night blindness.
3.Besides this you have eye sight of 6/6 both eyes.
4.Your heart beat And Pulse Rate Are Also checked during The Physical test.
