No specific subject in graduation is required for IPS. Graduation in any subject is preferred. Selection is done through written test, interview, physical efficiency test and medical standard test. For written test, there will be questions on Indian Polity, Indian/World Geography, History, and so on. Detailed information can be collected from UPSC portal.
