how much minimum qualification for IAS and IPS test...could u please tell me

Entrance test for IAS and IPS position is conducted by UPSC. Graduation is the educational qualification required. Degree can be obtained in any subject from a recognized University. Age of the applicant must be less than 30 years. Lower age limit is 21 years.

The abbreviation of IPS is Indian Police Service.

# Candidates must have finished their bachelor degree in any curriculum from any approved institution.

# Candidates of last year are also preferable for this exam.

The age criteria and relaxation regarding with IAS and IPS exams are below mentioned:-

# 21-30 years.

# Relaxation:- 3 years and 5 years relaxation is assumed for OBC and SC/ST candidates.

# 4 and 7 attempts is assumed for Open and OBC candidates.

Those candidate have completed graduation degree from recognized university are eligible for IPS/IAS exam.Final year student are applicable for IPS/IAS Exam.

IAS/IPS - Indian Administrative Service/Indian Police Service, to become an IAS/IPS officer one has to apply, appear and crack Civil Service Exam, conducted by UPSC every year.

Minimum Qualification required for IAS/IPS, Civil Service Exam:-

-The eligible candidate must be an Indian National.
-Should have either appeared for the final Graduation Degree exam or pass in any stream from a recognised University.
-Should be within the age of 21 to 30 years with upper age relaxation for reserved candidate.
-The candidate aspiring for IPS should have good Physical Fitness.

For IAS/IPS you just need to be Graduate in any discipline from a recognised University.

Along with Graduation you must have the age which is 21 to 30 years if you are General Category candidate.

There is age relaxation for other categories which is mentioned below:

SC/ST - 5 years relaxation

OBC - 3 years relaxation

PWD - 10 years relaxation

The merit will be prepared for selection on the basis of examination which will have some stages that you have to clear with merit.

-Preliminary Test which will be objective type paper. You have to pass this to become eligible for next stage.

-Mains and Interview- It will have descriptive type paper and interview.

For IPS there will be medical examination for physical fitness and other criteria.

Hence be prepared for the examination and if you have not completed graduation then complete it.

CIVIL SERVICES EXAM

For I.A.S and I.P.S you have to qualify the civil services exam.

Civil Services exam is conducted by U.P.S.C once in a year.

Qualification:- Graduation with any stream from recognized university.

Age Limit:-
Age should be in between 21-30 year.
For ST/SC candidate age should be in between 21-33 year.

You can apply online or offline.
The Form cost is just 20 Rs.

First of all the IAS and IPS exam are the exams which are conducted for candidate to join in as a IAS and IPS officer and these exams are known as Indian Civil Service exam and these exams is conducted by UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) and is held every year.

ELIGIBILITY NEEDED:

• Nationality
• Age Limit
• Education Qualification

>> The Nationality standard for the exam states that the candidate must be a Citizen of India

>> The age limit needed for the exam is that the candidate must have 21-30 years of age

>> There is a Upper age limit for other category candidates and it is 21-35 years for Sc/St candidate and for OBC it is 21-33 years

>> For Ex-service men they get 5 years exception from the prescribed limits.

>> The education qualification for the exam is that the candidate must have completed a DEGREE from a recognized university with a fair percentage,
