Which subject should I take up after passing 10th for IPS?
FOR IPS WHICH SUBJECT WANT AFTER 10th STANDARD..please tell me

This examination is Conducted in 2 stages, Preliminary examination and Main Examination. Firstly you have to cracked the Preliminary examination and there are 2 papers in Preliminary examination and Those who cracked this examination are eligible for Main examination. Main Examination is Descriptive and You have to choose the Optional Subjects in Main examination on the basis of your Graduation. To apply for this examination, you must have attained the age of 21 years and not have attained the age of 30 years, Upper age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC Candidates. So, you can choose any subjects after your 10th Onwards or in graduation to appear for Civil services examination. You will get certain Limits to cracked this examination, If you do not cracked this examination within given limits, then you cant apply for this examination again in future. ~~ General candidates will gets 4 chances to cracked this examination. ~~ OBC Candidates will gets 7 Attempts ~~ No Limits for SC/ST Candidates. hi,
Ips stands indian police service. To apply ips exam you should have graduate from any discipline in a reconized university. So, You can take any stream after 10th. For more information log on http://www.upsc.gov.in Thanks |
