plz suggest me an alternate for appearing the ies entrance exam ....as i have not recieved my hal ticket....

There is no any alternate of 'appearing the exam'.

If you appear the exam and you qualify then you get something

otherwise you get nothing. Also, there is no other way out.

IES examination started today only.

If you hadn't received your hall ticket you should have tried

to contact UPSC facilitation center or UPSC website.

On 5th May UPSC announced a notice on its website for those

who had not got admit card so that they could download provisional

admit card.

I would suggest you now to apply again next year and be careful in this regard.

IES examination is conducted by UPSC and it is the only authority responsible for Conduction of examination. There is no other bodies involved in the conduction of exam so there is no question of alternative entry to the examination.
If you were not having admit card than you would be required to contact UPSC in this respect, may be application was found to be invalid or there may be some issue related to eligibilty.

At this stage nothing is possible , better apply next time.
