i scored 84% in my 12th cbse exams . are there any colleges in india that take engineering admissions on the basis of 12th standard marks??? if yes can anyone please provide me with the list???

No there are no institutes which take in candidates with only the 12th score. You need to have appeared for the entrance exams. Even for the management quota the institutes are allowed to take in candidate only if they have appeared for the qualifying engineering entrance exam. So if you wish to go for the same then you must appear for the entrance exam next year. You will need to wait for an year as the next exam will only be towards the end of 2011 or in 2012.

For marine eng in maharashtra, for admission i mean its same process as of other engineering fields or is there any thing diffrent...if any body can guid me pls contact me -8275200001 pls help me out its urgent...!!

I am sorry to say that there is no institute in India that gives you admission in their college only on the basis of your 12th grade marks.

Most of the institutes consider the 12th standard marks only as a criteria for eligiblity.
To actually get a seat you have to crack their entrance exams.
