Is there any entrance exam for icwai? This course offer in the distance education? What is the fee structure and best colleges? And what is the duration of course both the pgs.

ICWAI stands for Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.

There are three stages in ICWAI course .They are :-

* Foundation course ,

* Intermediate Course ,

* Final Course.

Registration for the ICWAI course is open throughout the year. The candidate who wishes to appear for June Term Examination should apply before 31st January of that year and for December Term Examination should apply before 31st July of that year.

Eligibility Criteria :-

-The candidate should have passed 10+2 level degree from a recognized board to get admission in ICWAI Foundation Course .Final year student of 12th class can also apply for the Foundation Course.

-The minimum age limit to apply for the ICWAI Foundation course is 17 years.

-The candidate should have passed ICWAI Foundation course / Bachelor's degree to get admission for ICWAI Intermediate Course .

-The minimum age to apply for the ICWAI Intermediate course is 18 years .

-The candidate should have passed the ICWA Intermediate Course to apply for ICWA Final Course .

-There is no upper age limit to apply for ICWAI course .

The fee structure for the course are as mentioned below:-

- Foundation Course: INR 3,500/-

- Intermediate Course: INR 15,700/- (INR 19,700/- if Oral Coaching is opted)

- Final Course: INR 11,000/- (INR 16,000/- if Oral Coaching is opted)


Duration required to complete different program of ICWAI are as under :-:

- Foundation Program- 6 months

- Intermediate Program- 12 months

- Management Training- 36 months

- Final Course- 12 months
