As you have said that you have done Btech in EEE which means that you will definitely get a good job if you have a good communication skill and also you are technical sound.There are many good jobs available at a very good post in MNC like :

Which hires EEE students every year .Some of these companies hires students through on campus placement and some have their written exam followed by personal interview and technical round.The written exam mainly consists of question based on aptitude and technical skill.For HR your communication skill should be very good and in technical round technical questions will be asked.If you lack in any round then you may not get select so prepare for every round .
