Universities which offer B.Ed by accepting low percentage in graduation?


I passed my Bachelor of Arts with 42%. Am I eligible with this to pursue B.Ed?Which all universities will accept my low percentage for B.Ed program?

The eligibility criteria to pursue B.Ed are as follows:-
Candidate must be a graduation degree holder from a recognized university.
Candidate must have scored at least 45% aggregate in their graduation. For OBC/SC/ST it should be 40%.
Candidate upper age limit is not fixed.

Top universities are as follows:-
Lovely professional university
Satyam College of education, Noida
Amity university, Noida
PDM University,
Jagannath University
Ganga Institute of education, Delhi
IGNOU, Delhi
Chandigarh University
Annamalai University, Tamil Nadu

Colleges for b.ed in India are:-

1) Isalamia teacher's training college, patna

2).Shantipur be.d college, west bengal

3) Shishu vikas college of education

4) Savita samaj bachelor of education college

5). Indian TT mahila college

6) Nalanda open university

7) Delhi university

Education criteria for doing this
Candidate should have 45% marks in graduation. There are some relaxation in marks for reserved category.

I have completed my graduation(B.Sc) in subject Mathematics with 44 percentage i just wanted do B.ed how can i apply and from which university give me addmission
