How many years and months we can completed b.tech course of duration

actual duration for B.Tech course is four years.

but due to admission generally first semester start after two months. so you may consider that actual duration for B.Tech course is two months less from four years. but generally it is told that duration of engineering course is four years.

there are some universities those provide engineering course but there are no specific duration. they just give rules that you have to appear in the examination total this number of subjects and you have to pass all the subject within 5 or 6 years. now in each semester you have to appear in the examination. number of subjects in one semester will be decided by you. if you fail in any subject then you may appear in that subject in next year. but you have to clear all the subject with the maximum time period even you may clear all the subject in less time from the maximum duration.

The actual duration of B.Tech is FOUR YEARS.

B.Tech is Four year graduation degree course.

Generally B.Tech is Four year graduation degree course.if you can't complete your degree in four year then you can also give exam till you complete your graduation.

Before this year if you have backlogs till Eight year you declared as not fit for Technical education but this year it is not .

You have to try to complete your graduation in 4 year for good job.

B.Tech is a four year regular degree program. These four years can be very for one month less or more but the actual time period is 8 semesters and every semester is of 6 months. This time period can be changes due to early and late in the university exams.

If you consider the B.Tech. degree as the basis of months and year then it will be as not exactly four years. It will be 3 to 5 months less than 4 years or 48 months.

It is due to the admission of the candidates.

But for the lateral candidates it is 3 years to complete the B.Tech. degree.

So the actual duration of B.Tech degree is not fixed.

B.Tech stands for the Bachelor in Technology Course which is of duration 4 YEARS.

This is the actual duration of any B.Tech/B.E Course in any stream in any college in India.


Apart from this the Diploma and Polytechnic courses are of relatively shorter duration of 2-3 years.


There are also some courses offered by many colleges and universities these days called the INTEGRATED B.Tech + M.Tech.

This course is of 5 years duration.

Usually if a student does B.Tech + M.Tech so it stretched for 4+2 i.e 6 years. Whereas these Integrated Programs save one year, which can be used to gain market experience.

The Exact duration B.tech{Bachelor o Technology} course is 4 Years.

This 4 Year program is divided into 8 semesters and 1 semester is equivalent to the 6 months. These Eight semesters include seminar, projects, practical.

In each semester, you have to study 6-7 subjects along with practical.


In first year of B.Tech course you will study the subjects related to 12th standard like Physics, chemistry, Mathematics, Environment, remedial english etc.

From second year of B.Tech you will study the subjest related to your B.Tech branch/Trade upto Last year of B.Tech programm.

If you join B.tech after diploma through LATERAL ENTRY then you can directly get admission in second year of B.tech course. So for diploma holder, duration of B.tech course 3 years only.

the duration of B.TECH courses in our country is of FOUR(4) YEARS.
you may complete B.TECH in four year from any college across the country.

some of the college provides the dual degree facility, where you will study 5 (FIVE) year you would got dual (B.TECH+M.TECH) degree,

The actual duration of B.Tech courses is Four years.

There are some private Institution which have no particular time frame for B.Tech courses. If you could not clear the semesters i four years you have to clear up after that which may raise the time beyond four years. Through lateral entry scheme the Diploma holder can complete the B.Tech in three years as they are admitted directly in 2nd year of B.Tech courses.

The duration of b.tech course is 4 years.

Those 4 years will be like first year, second year, third year and fourth/final year.

Each year consists of two semesters, which will take place after an interval of 6 months.

That means there will be a total of 8 semesters in these four years.

The subjects are keep changing in all semesters, i.e after each six months you will get new 5 or 6 subjects to prepare.

There are so many colleges which provide this course, so choose anyone of a recognized university and get admitted.

The duration of B Tech course is four years including one year practical training.

A B.tECH COURSE IS OF 4-YEARS
HOWEVER IF YOU HAVE DONE 3-YEAR DIPLOMA THEN IT IS OF 3 YEARS.
ALSO IT IS COMPULSORY TO CLEAR ALL THE SUBJECTS IN GIVEN TIME PERIOD.

hii....actual duration of b.tech course is said to be 4 years officially and non-officially both.
if you did any diploma then it will be of 3 years....coz u can take admission as lateral entry i.e in second year directly..but if you wish to join from first year u can do so too.ur wish...hav a good day..

Duration for B.Tech course is 4 years every where.But if you take admission through lateral entry then it just for 3 years. Lateral entry conduct for diploma/ B.Sc. holders.

The actual duration of B. Tech course is 4 years in this for years there are eight semesters. Each semester will be held after 6 month.

I am a diploma engineer.pls tell me the procedure to enroll in btech courses. And how many years i have to study.

Is there benefit for integrated course(Btech Mtech ) if you want to pursue MBA ?

I am B.tech student, ADMISSION Date 21-9-2006 in ANU UNIVERSITY. Completed coure at DEC-2014, I got First year 66%, second year 74%, third year 65% and Fourth year 66%, so duration period has 8 years, but university mension third class.
So please give information to me. How it is possible to first class.
