sir, now i am studying diploma in electrical electronics engineering final year iam got 76% for over all four semester percentage. after finishing that what can i do?

Good to see that you are interested towards the higher studies. Since you hace completed your diploma degree in engineering sections ,so you must go for the B.E./B.tech course.


You can get the entry Directly in the second year of engineering by Lateral entry scheme. And after your diploma B.E. will be valuable.

Electrical & electronics is one of the good branch of engineering and also you've good percentage in diploma.
You have two options after diploma i.e. job & further study. If you plan for your further study you can go for BTech / B.E as direct 2nd year student.
But if you want to do job then you can apply for government job in electricity board or you will also apply in private companies.

So, don't worry, you got distinction in diploma. It's very good.

Yes, you have scored a good percentage in the previous examination also pursuing the stream in the demand. So after the diploma or 3rd year you are eligible to get the admission in the B.tech courses.

Through the LEET examination you are eligible to get the admission in the best government institute after completing the B.tech you can appear for the GATE examination for the recruitment in the various PSU's.

Other than this after the diploma you are eligible to appear for the JE examination conducted every year for the candidates who have passed the diploma course. So do the best you like.

Best thing after completion of Diploma in electrical and Electrical Engineering is to do B.E/B.Tech in ECE. Since B.Tech is the Best course after Diploma and it is being done through entrance examination. So you do B.Tech first and there by if you have interest in higher studies then you can do M.E/M.TECH as per your interest.

More over with Diploma also you can join in various companies as technical assistant not as Junior Engineer. If you want to become Junior Engineer in particular department you should complete B.Tech at least.

If you want good job and career opportunities, you must pursue bachelor's degree in engineering in electrical and electronics engineering. You can appear for various engineering entrance exams for getting admission in bachelor of technology.

For direct admission in second year of engineering, you can apply for the Lateral Entry Entrance test. You should have 60% marks in diploma to apply for the LEET exam. You can admission in engineering colleges of state universities.

You can also appear for the Joint Entrance examination for admission in NITs and other government engineering colleges. After completion of B.Tech, you will have good job opportunities in public and private sector.

After the Diploma in Mechanical engineering the options available for a person are many but the best is the B.tech and for the admission in this course you have to qualify first the lateral entry entrance test and then through the online counselling can apply for the admission in B.tech.

I have completed my Diploma Course in Electrical and Electronics Engg in 2003. After that i work in Government Sector but it is different than Electrical and Electronics. Now i decided to go Electrical and Electronics Engg. what should i do?
