Odisha Civil Services examination is held bu Odisha Public Service Commission one every year for the appointment of deserving people at the higher administrative post of same state.

Like all the others state public service commission and union public service commission this examination is also held in three stages which are held in mentioned order as Stage I) Preliminary Test. Stage II) Mains. and
Stage III) Personal interview.

Also the eligibility for same is similar as for other public service commission which are as following :-

* You must have the nationality of India.

* You must have a bachelor'e degree with any discipline from a recognized university.

* Your age must be within 21 years to 30 years if you are a general candidate otherwise there is the provision of age relaxation for other categories as per the government norms. No provision of age relaxation on the basis of gender.

* Also one needs to be physically and mentally fine.

Also number of attempts provided for cracking the same examination also varies with varying categories.
