Bank P.O.(Probationary Officer) exam generally conducted by SBI and IBPS(Institute of Banking Personal Selection) for 19 Public Sector banks.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR BANK P.O. EXAM:- -The candidate must be an Indian National -The candidate should have completed Graduation Degree in any stream from a recognised University with 50% marks. -The candidate should be within the age of 20 to 30 years of age with upper age relaxation for reserved candidate up to 5 years for SC/ST and up to 3 years for OBC candidate. -The candidate should be a computer literate one. There is no need to do special course for appearing bank PO exam.
IBPS conduct the bank exam for po and clerk for 19 public sector of bank. If you want to apply for IBPS then you should be graduate in any stream from recognised university.Final year student of graduation also can apply. Age of candidate should be 20 to 30 for open category. Relaxation for sc/st/obc/phw in upper age. ---------------- SBI conduct the bank exam their own basis for po and clerk. To apply for SBI PO you should be Graduate with 55% marks from recognised university. Age should be between 21 to 30 year for general. Relaxation in upper age for obc/sc/st/phw. |

For getting a bank po job,
you have to have a graduation degree with aggregate above 50%, you have to be between 21 to 30 years of age. Age limit is relaxed for SC/ST/OBC candidates. Then you can appear in the exam for bank po jobs. Best of Luck! |

Eligibility criteria of Bank PO exams:
The applicant should be 20 years old and above but will not exceed 30 years. Must finished any degree taken from a UGC recognized university in any stream. The IBPS exam doesn’t mention any minimum grade or rates required when taking the exam. Any applicant that acquired a degree is eligible to take the IBPS probationary officer common written examination. The applicant should be an Indian citizen. Thanks..... |

Eligibility Criteria : The Age should between 21 - 30 Yrs. The upper age limit will be applicable for SC/ST and OBC candidates. 33 For OBC candidates. 35 For SC/ST Candidates. The candidate should have a graduate degree from a Recognized University and The candidate should have scored 60% marks In Graduation. But,Some Bank ask the 55% marks In Graduation. The eligibility criteria is differ from Bank to Bank. And The candidate should have a Basic Computer Knowledge and Should known the MS-Office. The Bank PO Notification has Mentioned the Eligibility Criteria For the candidates. good luck. |

The eligibility criterion of the bank PO exam is mentioned below-
CITIZENSHIP- Indian citizenship is needed AGE CRITERION- you should be atleast 21 years of age to be eligible to appear.and you should not be more that 30 years of age. AGE RELAXATION FOR RESERVED CATEGORIES- 3 years for OBC candidates, 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 10 years for Person with Disabilities, 5 years for Ex-Servicemen, Commissioned Officers etc. EDUCATION(ACADEMIC) QUALIFICATION- You should posses a bachelors degree in any discipline from a recognized university. good luck |

To get job in banking sector you have to appear for the entrance examination conducted by the banks or by ibps. Ibps conduct exam for 19 banks twice an year while sbi associates conduct own exam for the post of p.o job.
