is specific percentage required for writing IAS exam ,after completing B.Tech in CSE....

There is no requirement of percentage for appearing in IAS exam .
from this year they changed the pattern the pre exam now there is no optional subject it is simple aptitude so easy man
do now it..

No There is no specific percentage.

Age limits : 21 - 30 yrs.

For OBC candidates : 21 - 33 yrs.

For SC/ST candidates : 21 - 35 yrs.

Education qualification :

The candidate must possess a graduate degree from any recognized

university.Those in the final year of degree course can also Eligible.

Number of attempts :

4 attempts for general candidates.

7 attempts for OBC candidates.

There is no restriction on the number of attempts in the case of SC/ST

candidates.

The Notification was already released.See the Employment news 19 - 25 feb.

Last date for receipt of application : 21.3.11

No specific percentage is required in degree exam.
Just a pass in degree exam of any stream from a recognized university is the only education criterion required.

The eligibility criteria for the Civil Service Exam are as follows
Minimum educational qualification required for the exam is a bachelors degree from a recognized university.
Minimum eligible age is 21 years
Maximum eligible age for candidates belonging to general category is 30 years, for candidates belonging to SC/ST is 35 years and 33 years for OBC's.
Candidates who scores highest marks are selected for IAS and other qualified candidates are selected for IPS.

Dear friend,

The CIVIL SERVICE EXAM is conducted by UPSC in every year.

Those are graduate are applicable for civil service exam.

But your age should be between 21 to 30 years.

Age relaxation is provide 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidate.

In CIVIL SERVICE EXAM , there is no other percentage criteria.

Just if you are graduate then you are eligible for all CIVIL SERVICE EXAM .

So if you want to apply for civil service exam you can visit upsc own website.
